Is your property new or under construction?
At Ca’ De Stil you will find more than just rentals. If you own an empty apartment or one under construction, we can design and furnish it for you, thanks to the precious collaboration with the Zucca Barucca studio. The goal is to create spaces that are consistent with our philosophy, making them not only more livable, but also more profitable and valuable.
And remember, you have no constraints. Once the renovation is complete, you can decide: whether to leave your apartment in our showcase or take over its management.
